Wexford, is an ancient Viking settlement by the sea in the South-East of Ireland. Located at the Estuary of the River Slaney, the area is steeped in history having been invaded a number of times.

Wexford now is a thriving Tourist destination and manufacturing base for many Multi-national companies such as Coca Cola, Lake Region, Waters Technlogies etc.

The Wexford Festival Opera is a highlight of the worldwide Opera Calendar each October. Wexford Opera House has been completely re-built from the ground up, and is one of the most technologically advanced Theatres in the world, while still maintaining it's personality.
